EXTREME MERGER (6) was well fancied last time but found one better at Moree, finishing 0.6 lengths adrift at the end of 6f. Will appreciate the extra ground. Should be in the finish again. ROSSY'S TYPA GIRL (4) made a strong late bid but just failed to pick up the winner when fresh from a lay-off last start over 6¼f at Taree. Will strip a lot fitter this time around. Placed to advantage and can take this out. NOBLE MISSILE (1) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Grafton, finishing fourth and only 1.5 lengths from the winner at the end of 7f. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. TAKE THE JACKPOT (2) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 2.75 lengths back in seventh over 6¾f at Wyong. Worth including.
