LA NORME DE JOUR (10) wasn't far away in two runs during his maiden prep, the latest a second over 7f at Ellis Park (Dirt) three-and-a-half months ago. Should take a lot from that first campaign and can break though here fresh. TIZ AUTHORITY (5) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 1m1/2f at Keeneland, beaten 41 lengths into 11th. Nicely placed to break the maiden status. STEEL GOLDEN (12) finished third on debut six weeks ago over 6f at Keeneland, beaten 6 lengths. One of the better chances.
