BETTY'S PEARL (13) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 6f at Keeneland (Dirt) when second, beaten 5 lengths. Drawn out but she will prove tough to beat. DETERMINED ACE (11) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 5 lengths from the winner in fourth over 6f at Keeneland (Dirt). Should improve sharply and this looks a nice race. VICTOR VALLEY (10) was solid on debut last start when beaten 3. 5 lengths into fifth over 5½f at Keeneland (Turf) on October 17. Can figure in the finish. PARADISE (12) is on debut.
