ABITIBI (12) improved last time out, finishing half a length from the winner in second at the end of 6f at Ellis Park after being in the firing line on the bend. Facing a tougher assignment but she is good enough to take this out. TROUBLE IN LOVE (2) has not appeared since she finished fourth over 6f at Oaklawn Park on March 30. Ticks all the right boxes. VELVET DEVIL (9) finished fourth when when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6½f at Ellis Park (Dirt) after racing on the pace for much of the way. Can figure in the finish.
