PURLOIN (5) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then she was never in contention and was beaten 7 lengths when fifth over 1m1f at this track two weeks ago. Has the ability to take this out. SONGMAKER (7) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when fourth and beaten 11 lengths over 1m at Oaklawn Park (Dirt). Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Expected to be in the finish. ELIZA VANCE (1) broke her maiden last start over 1m1/4f at Hawthorne (Dirt), scoring by 21 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Walter A Rodriguez was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Tougher assignment this time but is one of the main contenders. ANGEL OF FAITH (8) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1m1/2f at this track. Nicely placed to find winning ways.
