CLEAR THE AIR (8) has been about the money with two minor placings from four runs this campaign, the latest a solid second over 5½f at Keeneland (Turf). Great chance to break through. GILDED RULER (3) made late ground and finished third last time over 5½f at Fairgrounds (Turf), beaten 4 lengths. Brian Joseph Hernandez Jr gets the best out of this six-year-old gelding. Goes up a rung or two but he is up to the task. TEST FACTOR (4) was safely held when fourth last time out over 5f at Gulfstream Park, beaten 7 lengths, after a win at Gulfstream Park at the previous outing. Worth another chance.
