MIDNIGHT AMBITION (5) has switched yards since finishing seventh five weeks ago over 6½f at Presque Isle Downs. Makes plenty of appeal in the new surrounds. EL GUNNER (4) finished just 0.1 lengths from the winner in second last start over 6½f at Belterra Park (Dirt) after racing on the speed. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. SOUND DOCTRINE (7) sat on the pace when fresh from a lay-off last start but faded to be beaten 11 lengths when sixth over 6f at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Dirt). Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Will give backers a great sight. FORE FLAG (1) lines up for the first time since February 11. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1m1/2f at Del Mar. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
