Group 2 placegetter PERFECT FLIGHT (6) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 0.3 lengths from the winner in second over 1m at Oaklawn Park after being prominent at the corner. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. BEYOND BEST (8) settled well back but hit the line well to finish fifth, beaten 0.9 lengths, over 7f here last time. Will drift back but will be getting home hard. PIKE PLACE (2) improved sharply on his eighth two starts back at Keeneland (Turf) with success over 1m at this track (Dirt) four weeks ago, getting home by one length after being in contention on the turn. Steps up a level but he is capable of another big run. HE'S GOT THIS (9) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by one length over 1m1/2f at this track (Dirt). Nicely placed to find a top-three spot.
