EPIC BATTLE (5) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6½f at this track, beaten 9 lengths. Strips fitter and can play a major role. FURIOUS ANGER (12) returns after a lay-off of 11 weeks. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 6f at this track. Rates highly and should take some beating. A LA CARTE (7) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 13 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 6f at Oaklawn Park, beaten 3 lengths. Finds an easier assignment and can find the winner's circle. PINFIRE (13) is back at the races for the first time since January 12. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 5½f at this track. One to consider.
