RARE MOON (2) recorded a strong maiden win over 7f at Gatton last time, getting there by 1. 5 lengths. Aided by the rails draw and she can go on with it. GOTEBO (1) resumed two weeks ago over 5f at Clifton and was only beaten 1. 5 lengths into fourth after being in the firing line on the corner. Fitter so expect a better run this time. KANTAI (5) was well supported when resuming last start but missed the placings in fourth over 5f at Mitchell. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Should be involved in the finish. MISHANI EMPIRE (4) proved too strong two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when fifth over 7f at Gatton, beaten 33 lengths. Should be thereabouts.
