Has to concede weight away all round here but drawn well to strike and must be respected. FINAL APPEAL (2) caught the eye finishing second on debut at Nottingham and took a major step forward at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago. Respected back on turf. WAIT GEORDIE (4) will have been aimed at this race after scoring at Bath back in April. Connections will be desperate to win this big race at their local track. HICKORY LAD (3) has done little wrong to date and warrants a second look.
