UP THE CLARETS (1) won at Hamilton when resuming before a good second at Musselburgh. Struggled since tackling the 6f G2 Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot. Can improve attempting this much easier event. Shortlist. FUJI MOUNTAIN (7) placed second at Nottingham two runs ago contesting a 5f maiden. Holds claims. FLICKA'S GIRL (3) was a good second here two outings back. Not to be discounted.
