This looks good placement by Aidan O'Brien for EPHESUS (3). The Galileo colt appeared to be in need of the experience when third over 1m2 1/2f at Dundalk on debut. Will have learnt plenty for that outing. MR HAMPSTEAD (5) was a touch disappointing finishing fourth at Newbury on return. Roger Varian trained horses tend to need the run this season and it's tough to ignore him based on a promising debut second at Newcastle. MINA RASHID (4) could go well adopting first-time hood. ANCIENT MYTH (1) heads the remainder.
