THE BIG WESTERNER (20) will relish this test and can remain unbeaten. The Henry De Bromhead trained mare looked to be all about stamina when grinding out the G2 Dorans Pride Novice Hurdle at Limerick over Christmas and could be tough to beat with her 8lb mares allowance. There is no doubt JASMIN DE VAUX (9) will need to brush up on his jumping however it's interesting Paul Townend has stuck with him after finishing fourth in the G1 Golden Cygnet Novice and may go well up in distance. Form of a WENDIGO (17) runner-up effort behind The New Lion took a boost when he won the G1 Turners Novices Hurdle here on Wednesday and he cannot be ignored.
