GRAND KARAT (3) caught the eye when fourth at Newcastle three weeks ago after failing to secure a clear run in the closing stages. Will need some luck in running here from stall eleven but remains unexposed on the AW and can strike off an unchanged mark. PHYSIQUE (8) won a stronger Galway handicap last season. Looked as though his turn was near when second at Newmarket (Rowley) on only his third outing for Pam Sly. TENNESSEE GOLD (4) goes well on the polytrack and may get involved making reappearance having rounded out last season with a smooth win at Kempton (7f) during December. PALMAR BAY (5) is another to merit consideration.
