Can make an immediate impact for the new mentor. FABELMAN (4) had been rock-solid with two placings in a row before finishing sixth over 1m1/2f at this track last start. Has the blinkers removed. Rates highly and a bold showing is expected. ALIGN (1) made progress last time out, finishing 7 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1m1/2f at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Looks well placed so expect another big run. DIRBAS (6) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 23 lengths away in seventh over 1m1/2f at this track. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
