ROARK (2) was in contention on the bend and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 7f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. MEXICALI MIKE (1) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track (Dirt), finishing second and only 1. 3 lengths from the winner at the end of 6½f after being prominent at the bend. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. ED'S PROPHECY (6) stuck on well last start to finish second over 6½f at this track (Dirt) after showing good early speed. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again. TAP THE ARCHES (4) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6½f at this track, beaten 9 lengths. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake.
