GRAN ANDREWS (6) registered a strong win at this track two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when in the firing line on the bend before finishing third over 1m at Mahoning Valley, beaten 1.3 lengths. Likely improver with strong prospects. NEW YORK PANTHER (3) is a distance specialist who finished fifth two runs back at Meadowlands (Turf) then improved last time out to score by one length over 1m1/2f at Laurel (Turf). Finds a suitable race and can continue the winning form. SOUTHERN DISTRICT (2) raced on the speed from the outset when resuming last start and finished second, beaten 3 lengths, over 1m at Laurel (Dirt). In the right race and is one of the big hopes. SHARP SHOT (5) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 4 lengths back in fifth over 1m1/2f at this track (Dirt). Cannot be underestimated.
