CAP COM (4) finished fifth two runs back then improved last start when he made late ground but found a couple better over 1m1/2f at Laurel, beaten 9 lengths. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. WASHINGTON'S UNION (2) showed good early dash last start and held on well to finish 5 lengths back in second over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Ready to go one better. TUBTIMSIAM (3) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m1/2f at Laurel, beaten 8 lengths. Finds a tougher race but can make amends. LOGSTRADAMUS (6) put the writing on the wall last start when he was beaten just half a length into third over 7f at this track (Dirt). Hard to leave out.
