THE PLAYWRIGHT (1) is yet to find the frame in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when tenth over 6f in the LR Atlantic Jewel Stakes at Moonee Valley after she was in contention on the turn. Untried at this journey but strips fitter and is sure to be about the mark. FERIVIA (2) finished 5 lengths away in sixth last time out over 6f at Moonee Valley two weeks ago. Steps up in journey. Lachlan Neindorf who has two wins when partnering stays on. One of the main contenders. VIVID SUN (6) was a dominant winner last time over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside, drifting well back but unleashing late to run away with a 2.25 lengths win. Tougher assignment this time but is not to be discounted.
