OUTTA COMPTON (12) made it two wins in a row last time out when he scored by 1.5 lengths over 1m at Sandown-Lakeside. Goes up a rung or two but he is up to the task. BRITISH COLUMBIA (15) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at Sandown-Lakeside but raced below expectations last time over 7½f at Sandown-Hillside, finishing eighth and beaten 5 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. SIR ATLAS (19) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 7f at Sandown-Hillside, beaten 3.5 lengths. Steps up a level but he is capable of running a bold race.
