Goes up a notch this time but a bold showing is expected. DASHING DUCHESS (8) resumed over 1m and turned in a fair run to finish fifth in the G3 TS Carlyon Cup at this track. Yet to miss the frame over this longer journey and open to sharp improvement. ASTERIX (3) finished 4 lengths away in seventh last time out over 1m at Randwick when fresh from a lay-off. Steps up in distance. Will drift back but wind up late. Capable of a big run. SHAIYHAR (10) found the line nicely last start to get up for third over 1m2f at this track. Goes up a notch this time but must be respected.
