Race Tip

FRIGID (6) built on a nice third two starts back at this track with a win as favourite over 1m at Mornington three weeks ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths. Looks well placed so expect another big run. Group 3 winner PAPILLON CLUB (8) wound up nicely last time over 7f in the Vobis Distaff at this track to finish fourth. Suited at the longer journey and gets chance to show best. LETHAL THOUGHTS (9) finished fourth last start over 7f at Bendigo after racing on the pace for much of the way. Another bold showing is expected. ALPINE FLYER (12) won when resuming then found stakes class a lot tougher last time out when fifth over 7f138yards in the LR City of Adelaide Stakes at Morphettville. Can do much better this time.
