GRACIE'S RAIN (1) resumed with a win at Caulfield then missed the placings last time over 6f at Ballarat, finishing 2. 25 lengths from the winner. DOLLAR SHOT (3) had been in top form landing two consecutive wins but last start missed the frame when sixth over 6f at Ballarat. Will find this tougher but she should run well. PARADISE CITY (4) lines up for the first time since September 20. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 5f at Sandown-Hillside. Has a strong when resuming record, scoring on two occasions from four starts. Definite top-three chance. ILLYIVY (6) returns from a layoff of four-and-a-half months. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 5½f at Pakenham. Has switched to the Kasey Besanko stable. Can make her presence felt.
