MR MARKLE (2) is racing well without winning, including last time when third over 6f at Mildura. Yet to win at the distance but has recorded three minor placings. Great chance to break through. CESAR BESSAN (4) settled well back last start and never threatened when 11 lengths from the winner in 12th over 6¾f at Donald. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. CHARMING DI (5) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 7 lengths when eighth in a 6f contest at Kilmore five weeks ago. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. FIRST DIVISION (6) was in the firing line on the turn and finished third last time over 5½f at Hamilton, beaten 1. 75 lengths. Placed to advantage so expect a big run.
