STATE OF MAINE (12) was always forward and boxed on to finish second over 6f at this track last time. Sure to give a brave sight again. MOON YANCO (9) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just three times from 31 starts. Did a good job last start to finish second over 1m1/4f at Moe, beaten 2 lengths. Placed to advantage and can make her presence felt. STATESMANSHIP (14) was in the money two starts back at Hamilton but couldn't back it up last time when seventh, beaten 6 lengths, at Geelong over 7f122yards after being prominent at the turn. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. HE'S GODSPEED (1) finished second at Mt Gambier two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 7f at Ballarat Synthetic, finishing 56 lengths back in ninth. Well placed and should be thereabouts.
