FINE AS WINE (2) remains a maiden after six runs under rules but has offered signs of improvement on the last two starts at Southwell and then recently at Market Rasen. Looks a major player. PATH OF STARS (12) winner here last month by 0. 75L and that was the first win under rules after 15 attempts. No reason to think that win can't be followed up here. ALVESTA (9) was a narrow winner of a selling hurdle recently and now goes up in trip. More on her plate here but Brian Hughes is a positive booking. MASTERMINDING (8) ran with promise on debut for this stable and can give a bold showing. Market check advised.
