ODIN OMEN (10) got well back over 6f at this track last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 10 lengths away in eighth. Nicely placed to make amends. DREAM ILLUSION (1) produced a reasonable effort when fourth last start over 7f at this track, beaten 2 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. ONLY US (3) has put together a couple of wins at this circuit, the latest on May 30 over 7f when he got home by a nose. Winning rider Madi Derrick retains the mount. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot score again. WESTERN IMPACT (4) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when 11th and beaten 13 lengths over 7f at this track. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
