SCARY MARY (8) returns after six-and-a-half months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a sixth over 6½f at Mt Barker. Commenced last prep with a minor placing at Narrogin over 5½f. Set to return in style. CHEST OUT Set Weights AGGER (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at Kalgoorlie, beaten 5.5 lengths into fourth. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. WESTRIVER DYNIQUE (10) is returning from a lay-off of six months. Finished eighth at Bunbury over 5½f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Jackie Scott. Will be fit enough for this following a recent trial win. Sound top-three prospects. KIMBERLEY CURRENCY (2) returns from a short break after finishing seventh over 4¾f at Bunbury All Weather. Kept ticking over since that run with a trial win at Belmont Park. Will give the top chances plenty to think about.
