ARCHER COUNTY (1) was unplaced on turf over 5½f at Dongara in a then again couldn't find the top-three on the same surface last time out, finishing fifth over 7f at Geraldton. Huge chance back on the dirt. Worth following up. MONTY ZOOMER (7) showed early speed from a good draw when returning from a break last time and battled on to finish fifth, beaten 4 lengths, over 6f at Geraldton. Well placed and should be tough to rein in. DAIYAMONDO (5) made a strong late bid only to just miss last start over 7f at Geraldton. This is a nice drop in grade so she all set to go one better. WHO'S ME DADDY (6) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Geraldton, beaten 4 lengths into sixth. Nicely placed to find some form.
