WAR TACTICS (4) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 1.2 lengths over 7f at this track. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. QUINDANDINO (6) will find this a little easier after missing the frame in town last time, finishing ninth over 7f at Belmont Park. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Must be respected.
