BALLIN BAY (6) achieved the hat-trick when scoring on good ground at Sedgefield in a three runner race three weeks ago. This test should be fine and must be respected. DR SEB (5) looked in need of the run at Wincanton in March and wasn't disgraced on that occasion. Should step forward and not ruled out. ROCHEVAL (3) shaped with promise at Ayr on soft ground in January and might be seen to better effect on this sounder surface. The market would be the best guide to his chances. COOLER THAN ME (11) couldn't land the hat-trick five weeks ago but remains of interest despite being out of the handicap.
