STRAAND BEAUTY (9) settled back on debut last time out and battled on evenly to finish fifth over 6¼f at this track. Open to sharp improvement and can get off the mark this time. SHELSTEIN (5) sat on the pace and gave a great sight on debut last start, finishing just 1.4 lengths away in fourth over 6¼f at this track. Will take a lot from that experience and is sure to go well. ZEALOUSLY (7) did little and finished 2.75 lengths from the winner in fifth over 5½f at Warwick Farm last start, a less impressive effort than his when resuming fourth at Gosford the run before. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he is one of the main contenders. RAILWAY MAN (8) was well in commission on his debut over 6¼f at Randwick Kensington back on January 31 and finished fifth, beaten 5.5 lengths. Will be better for that run and is expected to go well.
