ONE FAST BRO (3) sat just off the speed and fought on well to finish second when resuming last start at this course and distance. Worth following up. IT'S BOBS BUSINESS (4) got well back over 6f at Hawthorne (Dirt) last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 10 lengths away in fifth. Has the ability to take this out. THE BLACK STRAT (5) registered a strong win at Turf Paradise two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when prominent at the bend before finishing third over 1m at this track, beaten one length. Harry Hernandez is a key engagement. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. CLIFF DIVER (8) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at this track, beaten 3 lengths into sixth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
