TACTICAL EXPRESS (2) is back after a break of four months. At the last run before the layoff she finished ninth over 6f at Oaklawn Park (Dirt). Good effort to kick-off last prep when in the money at Oaklawn Park over 6f. Can kick off with a bold showing.
