DEVIL RIDER (1) hit the frame two starts ago at Hawkesbury but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 6 lengths over 1m at this track. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. ZIGGY ROSE (5) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. JUAN PABLO (6) was prominent at the bend and finished third last time over 1m2 1/2f at Gosford, beaten 9 lengths. Teaque Gould gets the best out of this four-year-old gelding. This is an easier assignment and can take this out.
