ROONAMI (14) turned in a strong run last time at the first run of the prep when she settled well back before running on hard to be beaten only a head into second over 6½f at this track. Will be a major player again. LUMA LIGHT (15) is a two-start maiden who finished fourth, beaten 0. 7 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Wagga Riverside. Will derive great benefit from that outing and deserves consideration. TOMCAT FLOWERS (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at Orange, beaten 4 lengths into fourth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
