INDEFENSIBLE (7) showed good early dash and raced on the speed at the first run back from a break last start before fading to finish 7 lengths back in fourth over 5½f at Wyong. Will take some beating. SOUK (1) resumes from a lay-off of seven months and is having his first outing under new trainer Matthew Kelley. Finished fifth at Seymour over 5f at the opening run last time in work. Will be tuned-up for this and is expected to run well. VESCOVI (8) made a nice return two starts back then settled well back and found a few when sixth over 5½f at Kilmore five weeks ago. Can bounce back to her best form.
