BREAKING GROUND (1) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 8 lengths away in ninth over 7f at this track after being in contention on the turn. This is a nice drop in grade so he will be hard to beat. PRINCE PAPA (6) was in the money two starts back at Queanbeyan but was unable to repeat the effort last time when tenth, beaten 5.5 lengths, at Moruya over 1m1/4f after being in contention on the corner. Finds a nice race and can get the job done. HURRICANE CONI (2) was strongly fancied when resuming last start but was beaten 4 lengths into sixth over 7f65yards at Queanbeyan. Has a solid second up record. Expected to feature. GATCHAN (9) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when she was beaten 3.5 lengths into seventh over 6½f at this track. Strips fitter and should be thereabouts.
