Leading contender. DELUXE LEGEND (4) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on December 9 finishing fifth and beaten 12 lengths over 6f at Atherton. Sure to make his presence felt. WELL IN SIGHT (3) went forward over 4¾f at this track last time but found one better. Goes well over this trip, filling a placing at all five starts, including a win and has to be respected. YAMABUSHI (6) finished 4 lengths behind the winner in fifth place when resuming over 5f last start at Townsville. Has been in the money at each second up start. Can improve sharply here.
