BOHO BEAUTY (5) went to the paddock after scoring at her only appearance last prep five-and-a-half months ago over 4½f at Innisfail. Has ability and should be right in the finish. ALI'S JAB (1) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by 2.5 lengths over 5f134yards at Mareeba. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. CARESSING RUPERT (7) is back from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Closed last campaign with a minor placing over 4¾f at this track. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. GAME THEORY (4) is a strong fresh performer back after a break of five months and looking to emulate his win at Townsville to kick off the last campaign. Sound prospects.
