AWESOME SPIRIT (1) lifted strongly to score by half a length three runs back at Gladstone before filling a minor placing at his last two starts. Julie Busuttin who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Sure to run well. MEDIA GEM (3) started at 7/1 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 10 lengths at Thangool over 6½f. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. WE GIRLS (5) accounted for a maiden field over 4¼f at this track last start, finishing a head ahead of the nearest rival. Re-unites with Jaimee-Lee Devine who was on board last start. This is tougher but she is capable of another big run. RADIANT ROMANCE (6) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f81yards at Thangool, beaten 2.5 lengths into seventh. Finds a nice race and can atone.
