DESERT ORA (2) continued a hot streak of form, winning over 6f at Pinjarra last start to make it three straight. Extra trip suits and on recent form will take plenty of stopping. MISS DEFIES ME (8) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she got a long way back over 6½f at Belmont Park, beaten 3 lengths into eighth. Finds a tougher race but a big run will not surprise. ACQUIRED TASTE (7) produced a reasonable effort to finish 2 lengths away in sixth last start over 6f at Belmont Park when she did her best work late. That followed a when resuming win at Northam. Tackling a deeper field this time but she is good enough. CAPE CHURCHILL (9) found the line nicely last start to get up for third over 6f at this track on debut. Should be winding up late again.
