IDYLLIC RULER (3) scored in a at Northam but was below his best last time when seventh over 1m at Belmont Park. Jason Brown gets the best out of this four-year-old gelding. Must raise the bar but a big run will not surprise. WOZZECK (5) missed the placings two runs back then was never in contention last start when 2.75 lengths away in sixth over 1m at Belmont Park. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. CANGGU (4) was in the money two starts back at this track but couldn't back it up last time when 14th, beaten 6 lengths, at Pinjarra over 7½f after being in the firing line on the corner. Likely improver with strong prospects. CATCH THESE HANDS (2) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Albany, beaten 4 lengths into fifth. Nicely placed to find some form.
