SPIRIT OF BLUEY (7) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 1.75 lengths from the winner in fourth over 4¾f at Cairns. Likely improver who is expected to be in the finish. RUM RUNNER (3) finished 11 lengths adrift in seventh last time at Mackay in a disappointing performance. This is a nice drop in grade so he is perfectly placed to score. OSCAR BOOIE (2) was below his best last time when eighth after being in the firing line on the turn over 6f at Townsville, beaten 5.5 lengths. Finds a nice race and can find winning form. GOT THIS (8) is racing well including a last start sixth over 6f at Townsville. Yet to win at the distance but has recorded three minor placings. Cannot be ruled out.
