MELBOURNE BOY (10) has not raced since he drifted back on debut five months ago then wound up nicely to finish third over 7f at Sandown-Lakeside. Sure to have improved over the break and should be in the finish again. SAINT FOX (11) was well fancied on debut last start and was not far off the mark, finishing third and beaten 2. 25 lengths over 6f at Geelong. Will be very hard to beat with that run under the belt. CAJUN (12) has not raced since her debut back on April 25 when she finished seventh over 7f in the LR ANZAC Day Stakes at Flemington. Will be better for that run and is expected to go well. JUST LIKE JAGGER (6) was in a rearwards position on the turn last time out before finishing 2. 25 lengths back in fifth over 7f27yards at Geelong. Among the chances in what looks a nice race for him.
