PIVOT CITY (12) was a narrow winner by a nose at Flemington in a then second at Moonee Valley last time. Gets some weight relief this time. Will appreciate a drop in grade. Bold showing expected. EL ROCKO (14) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 7½f at Moonee Valley, beaten only a nose after being in contention on the corner. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. PROVED (15) raced in the leading division and kept going to score by a nose last time out over 7f at Sandown-Hillside. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. CARBONADOS (11) showed good early dash last start and held on well to finish half a length back in third over 7f at Geelong. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is capable of a big performance.
