TRUTH I FEAR (6) has been about the money with two minor placings from three starts this campaign, the latest a solid third over 7f at Cranbourne. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the lead. Sure to be in the finish. GOLD RELAY (1) stepped out on his debut over 5f at Seymour six-and-a-half weeks ago and finished fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths. Expected to be very competitive. TAMAHINE (9) returns after five-and-a-half months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a fifth over 7f at Terang. Should present well following a recent trial win. Nicely placed and can get off the mark. WEATHER DELAY (13) is a two-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 2.2.5 lengths when fourth over 7f at Ballarat Synthetic. Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come.
