EARTH GOD (1) is struggling to break through but hasn't been far away, the latest effort a fourth beaten 1. 2 lengths over 5f at Ascot. Should camp just off the leaders. Will give a great sight. CHAMPAGNE CRUSADER (2) is yet to find the frame in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when fourth over 6f in the LR MAGIC MILLIONS WA 3YO TROPHY at Pinjarra after he travelled towards the rear of the field. Has further improvement to come and looks the main danger. SILENT ALERT (9) finished fifth at this track and distance at his last appearance six months ago. Worth plenty of thought. HOYA DESTROYER (4) is back at the races for the first time since October 8. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 6f at this track. Makes plenty of appeal.
