HOT CHIX LANE (13) faced the starter for the first time and finished sixth last start at Northam over 5f, beaten 3 lengths. Capable of sharp improvement. BRAVE WASP (7) gave a bold display over this course and distance when resuming last start, racing on the speed and boxing on well to finish second and beaten a neck. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is one of the primary contenders. HYPERREAL (1) showed little early speed last start then came with a powerful run to finish third over 5f at Northam. Can feature in the finish.
